Master Lego Builder
There's a lego store by my house that had all these neat displays and models. When I asked the store employee were the kits for them were located, he said they weren't available for purchase and were created by the master builders. So pretty much, there's a group of people who sit around thinking "How can I transform this pile of legos into a bunny?" (or thats how I envision it). I think the way you get into that is you buy a whole shitload of legos, and start building neat things until somebody notices. For sure. Once you have developed the skill to build a scale-model of a historically or culturally important building or landmark out of lego bricks from memory in a matter of hours from those big misc. parts buckets, you are sure to find some work doing it - hell, you can go on your own, freelance.
But this is not a trade skill that is passed down from master to apprentice in secret, or anything, so there's no path to it. Of course, the idea of a secret guild of lego builders in a masonic hall somewhere in Europe makes me very happy. :) ![[User Picture]](http://l-userpic.livejournal.com/109082541/810751) | | From: | jfargo |

You think they don't exist? They use subliminal messages to get children to want to play with those little plastic blocks of pure joy.
Where do you think "Lego my Eggo" came from? Hmm? A masonic hall built entirely out of legos, of course. I thought it went without saying. |
