I'm not on LiveJournal because they don't do free accounts anymore :-(.
I keep thinking about buying in - and then doing some kind of Syndicated Feed (Apparently it'll be possible soon) - but just right now, Money is Tiiiiiight.
How 'bout I promise to be a good boy and as soon as I get a 'proper' job, I'll buy an LJ account, just so I can have a Friends list! :-)
