No. There is never an excuse for it. I don't care if a woman is crawling all over a guy begging for it before she says "No". Every one (READ: EVERYONE) is responsible for his OR her own actions. Recognizing something is what it is does not provide excuse for any behavior, good OR bad. An apple is either an apple or it's not. Saying it's not because you don't want your brother to eat it doesn't make it NOT an apple.
