I got sold when someone pointed out the things happening in the edges of the Empire Strikes Back that I had remembered vividly from the movies, but didn't show up on the screen.

Thus, I decided I was better off getting all of my movie and less of my TV. YMMV.

What about the hotel scene in Ghostbusters? Completely cut out in "full"screen.
