On Tarot Cards and Good Friends

|
| | i've read tarot about 20 years myself. the last five-ish, i've been learning to read cowrie shells - now that's interesting stuff - and tealeaves. i also am fairly proficient with a pendulum. also, i don't know if you can call it divination, but i have several friends who'll call (text/email/facebook/twitter) me if they've lost something and can't find it; i usually either find the right location or am pretty close.
Edited at 2012-04-03 03:47 pm (UTC) are you using the Santeria/Lucumi/Ifa divination system with the shells or just a general Caribbean method? one of my Gwyddon elders created a 19 shell system with our pantheon based on the Santeria. that's interesting. How does it translate over with the additional 3? Are they still based off the 16 Odu or on your own stories? the shells based on our 19 year solar/lunar cycle. |
