My view is that he is publically throwing a temper tantrum with bullets. This is not a great example to set for one's child.
Temper tantrums are never acceptable. Understandable, but not acceptable.

And if you add deadly weapons to temper tantrums, it makes everyone worry.
Can someone take away that man's weapons, before he loses his temper and does something *really* stupid?
