This icon would be from that photo, yes.
I am of the belief that it is an especially flattering photo. Of course, I also don't tend to be terribly photogenic, so good photos are rare. See, now THAT'S a good photo. That should be your default - or it would be if I ruled the world.

This is the infamous MVT, I swear.
That dude dancing in his underwear? Some college kid named Albrot. He joined my friend Jason's forum just to say hello. From his six posts, he seemed relatively normal, for a guy who dances on the internet in his underwear.
If you look hard enough, there's a page with music, much like the infinitely-more-annoying Hampster Dance (sp).
