You Can Only Stay Up Too Late
The thing about Clarion is this:

For six weeks, they saw the best and worst of me. They saw me angry, they saw me laughing, they saw me neurotic, they saw me sad. They saw me rubbed so raw I couldn't shield them from myself sometimes.

And still they loved me.

That's a gift. And thank you.

Love to you all, and gracious gifts of writing speed your way.

Good night.

(Tell me I'm full of it)

I am very proud of you for making the choice to put your normal life on hold and devote six weeks to your passion for writing.

I admire the way that you go after your dreams!

With love and respect,

Dad (of Ferrett)

Love the title for this post. The best times of life happen up too late, and it sounds like the best goodbyes as well.
