Mindfuck: When You See It, You'll Shit Bricks
There is a subset of Demotivational Posters called "Mindfuck," which present an innocuous-looking image with the promise "When you see it, you'll shit bricks." Some of the images have weird, creepy shit that only appear when you look closely. Others, on the other hand, are just normal images and the mindfuck is that you spend five minutes looking at the damn thing in a vain attempt to find something out of the ordinary.
So for the benefit of all, I've decided to collect the best of of these mindfuck posters in one place and tell you whether there's anything in them or not, and where to look if you want to. Some of them are kinda creepy. Some of them are lame. Some may have nothing at all. (EDIT: And if you like this, check out Mindfucks, Part II, with more images.)
Confirmed Mindfucks
This is one of the creepiest, so I'm leading with this one - in all cases, scroll down slowly if you want to try to look for yourself before I tell you what's in it, since I've left you a bit of whitespace in between the image and the spoiler. As usual, if you can't see the images, that means your connection has blocked theferrett.com, my home domain, but you can see most of these pictures by going to this thread.
If you look in the water spray, you'll see a kind of werewolf image, with the legs spreading out from the impact circle at the center, moving to a clear set of eyes and jaws near the top.
This one features the shadow of a T-Rex at the back, just barely visible, emerging from the fog. It's just underneath the end of the lowest tree branch on the left-hand tree.
The trick here is not to look at the circle, but the really creepy bug-eyed dude on the left-hand side. He is kinda terrifying.
Look directly above the "N" in the "WHEN" and you'll find a bald guy hidden among the coffee beans looking up at you. There may be other heads here, but I didn't bother to look for them.
Next to the girl's outstretched hand is a set of eyes peering out at you through the crack underneath the chair's armrest. Not particularly creepy, but I guess it works for some.
Kind of lame, but ooo! The T-shirt is the same image! It's just designed to read "Love" when reflected. But clever typography is not a true mindfuck.
Also lame. There's a cat head on the top of the fur. That's the bulge on top. Woooooo, scary.

Confirmed! This one is really, really pushing it, because the "mindfuck" is like ten pixels wide. But if you look underneath the car, there's two pixels of red eyes and what looks like a kind of grin - but you have to look closely. Thanks again to saraphina_marie!

Hidden People
A lot of "mindfucks" involve people hidden in the background, generally black people obscured by shadow. I don't really find 'em scary, but hey. Here you go.
The guy's in the window, behind the white partiers.
Again, guy's in the window. This is a really poor-quality image, so sorry about it, but in the larger images you'll see around the 'net, he's visible.
This one pretty much tells you. He's right behind her.
Mindfuck Through Gullibility?
I've looked at these images, and I don't see anything in them, so I think they're just fucking with me. If you see anything, tell me in the comments a) which picture it is, and b) be as specific as possible about where you see anything, and if I see it too I'll move it on up to the "confirmed" section. (If you can, circle the area with MS Paint or something to prove it.) In the meantime, you folks who put generic stock photos on a "Mindfuck" image can feel happy that idiots everywhere are wasting their time scouring it for nothing.
In particular, some folks claim they can see a dead baby in the "tree" images, but they could just be mindfucking back.

I'd never seen the first one before because I'd never known what I was looking for. That's a freaky-looking werewolf thing - I find myself wondering if it was photoshop, or just one of those cases where our brain manages to find (occasionally horrifying) patterns in pure random chaos.
I was wondering the same thing - seems like a case of matrixing to me.
Some of the images have weird, creepy shit that only appear when you look closely. Others, on the other hand, are just normal images and the mindfuck is that you spend five minutes looking at the damn thing in a vain attempt to find something out of the ordinary.
The third category are animated GIFs in which another image appears after you watch it long enough.
Oh, I don't count those. Those aren't mindfucks, they're somebody jumping out of the alley to yell "BOO!" at you.
Besides, I hate those things.
I think the thing about 'Woman with Child' is what her right hand is doing.

I would assume the purpose of this photo is the placement of her hand.
In the 'woman with child', her hand is between her legs and she's wearing a short dress, although I'm not sure if the angle is right for anything more suggestive than "this is where my hand is".
I think the woman with child one is just because it looks like she has her hand up her wahoo.

What I'm most curious to know is why the Woman with Child looks like she has her hand shoved up her crotch.

The Woman with Child one, she has her hand arced up into her crotch. Now, it's probably tucked harmlessly between her thighs, but the fact you can't really tell, and it looks kind of weird might be what the owner of that particular mind fuck was going for.

I'm grasping at straws here, but up in the top left corner is that a guy yelling at a giant chicken?
On the washcloth one, it may be that there are two folds in it that look like buttcracks. Or like the other side of a woman from the butt.

Yes - I was thinking cameltoe when I saw it.
Not sure why that would make me shit bricks, but there you go.
Ok in the color trees picture, between the two white birches in the foreground, and corresponding to the space between the D and the G, there is something with the grass, kind of a magic eye thing. And if you could construe it that way I guess it does kinda look like a baby, but it doesn't look particularly dead. Kinda blobby baby bad resolution shaped.
And in the b/w trees shot, straight up from the F at the top of the screen there is what looks like OMGWTFBBQ...a giant floating strawberry. My mind is SO FUCKED!
In the dog in yard image, there could be a weird face image in the window next to the basketball hoop.
In the girl by trees shot, the leaves to the left of her have been photoshopped, they have a distortion to them. And it looks like some little green guy face staring at her shoulder, in fact it looks like the munchkin that wouldn't let Dorothy into the Emerald City. There might be more since the trees to her right also seems distorted and pixelated.
In the lake shot, there is a frowny-face in the rock at center. Right above the D.
In the cemetery it looks like there is someone with a hunched back standing among the graves, an interplay between a headstone, the tree branches and the wall. Kinda creepy though. It is about center above the E and the I.
The stiff dried towel looks like a kitty. So scary. Now toss that mildewed thing in the wash for the love of Mike!
Or I could just be sleepy and susceptible. And hallucinating. But I am the type to look for faces and images in marble and wood grain.
Anyone else see any of those things?
I am totally not seeing the face in the woman in forest picture.
Nevermind cemetery, look in the top right corner of the FRAME.
Thought it was a smudge on my screen.

Perhaps the point of the last one, with the crumpled towel, is that the crease near the left end, under the flipped up corner, vaguely resembles lady parts? (The, um, moms venus?)
Yeah, quite possibly, it does look like a shaved twat in a way.

The T-Rex picture also has a trash can with a penis.
I actually went back to CHECK this one, and DAMNED if you're not right. HAH.
I'm pretty sure that the Yard image is about the plastic flamingo poking its head out from the trees on the right. I say this because it matches the theme of the other "hidden head" images and the flamingo doesn't look quite right- like it was photoshopped in. I'm not certain because I think this sort of thing isn't very interesting at all, but that's my guess.
Towel I think it actually looks like a cat- the left corner is an ear, the crease in between the fold is a nose. This is just my interpretation, though, and could easily be something else.
Hmm true. But what about that thing under the car?
Can these things have two?
Black and white trees
There's a narrow tree in the medium background that lines up above the left edge of the K. About 2/3 of the way up the trunk (3/4 of the way up the frame), there's some patterns of light and dark that can be seen as a head and some shoulders, possibly a hanged man.
Oh, yeah, I can see that.
I've been lead to believe that the mindfuck in Trees #2 is that there's one black tree on the left of the image, making it the same as the typical black guy behind the white people joke.
If that's true, it's actually a kinda funny metajoke.
The last one is weird. Don't look at the towel, don't look at what it's sitting on. The floor is weird because it has a concavity or something.
I think the woman and child is not the woman and child at all. There's a weird person in the background wearing something like a medical gown or a blue robe. It appears to be headless.

I don't think it's THAT headless person. On the left at the very back there's a person, maybe on a swing, but it looks like he's either a headless zombie shambling in toward the woman and child or somehow just hanging there, headless.
The one with the trees -if you look at it quickly, to the left of the bright spot the branches make a kind of Grim Reaper shape. It vanishes as soon as you look full on.
Actually, no, that's not it.
Look above the F and the U. Almost at the top of the frame is what looks like a Russian hat on a head. Further down you can see the coat -it looks like a military uniform.

The tree on the right side of the frame looks like it has a panther or some similar large cat lurking in it to me.
In the lake picture, there appears to be a giant reptilian head on the right side of the frame. I tried to outline it here -- I circled the general area where I see the eye. But by circling it I think I obscured it a bit -- once you know where to look, go back to the original and look at it again.
