Judging whether a woman deserves to be stopped and put under a spotlight for her clothes is just... GOD, it puts women in the position of safeguarding their right to move through the world unmolested by having to guess what clothes are going to set a guy off at any given moment. That's a horrible position to be in. Horrible.
I might want to dress like a skimpy comic book character because I like the character, I might unintentionally show "too much" cleavage or something, I might wear an outfit I consider casual and some guy finds it an open door... under none of this circumstances do I deserve to be caught in the headlights of your laser-eyes seeking breasts to fondle. And neither do other women.
UGGHHH. There's this feeling of being hunted, and pinned by someone's eyes, and it hurts. And your reasoning here is the exact same reasoning men have used to perpetuate that treatment for centuries.
