By the way, it's probably best to be careful with WHAT terms you use, especially on your first go-around with faking.

Actual quote from my wine certification class:

ME (after tasting a wine): Um. . . is "Manaschewitz" a tasting note?

INSTRUCTOR: Um, probably, but if you ever say that again, I'm kicking you out of the class.

I took it from Adam Chase, whose website is grapeexperience.com.

He taught that class through the BCAE. He's a WSET Honors Diploma holder, working on his Masters of Wine, and an Associate in the Institue of Wine and Spirits.

That class, as it was a professional certification, was a thousand-something dollars, but well worth it, for someone in the industry.
